I had the protein power wrap, which is made primary with garbanzo beans. I never thought garbanzo would taste so delicious in a sandwich. The sandwich/wrap was packed with fresh ingredients and it was filing. Great, friendly service!

I came to this location due to my father recommending it. I got the "Wanda Wonder" sandwich (cold sandwich) . This sandwich was so good. The portion is enough to feed two people. I had enough leftovers to make a few more sandwiches. Next time, I'll try a hot sandwich. The best part about this business is when I got there, the owner, Wanda, came out and greeted me with a smile and a hug. I know she's a busy lady, but she literally sat there and talked to me for 5-10 minutes as if I had known her for years. I definitely recommend this place. Also, with your order, you get a free bag of chips.
So yesterday, I was starving, and wanted to go to my favorite sandwich place, but I was out of town (I live in Long Beach, CA), so I hopped on YELP, and dialed up sandwiched. Of course all of the corporate sandwich places came up, but up came "2nd Healthy Eatery," or Wanda's Place and I thought, ok, I would try this place. The photos looked a bit unreal to me, but I said, what the heck. Though I came later after the lunch rush, Wanda the owner was so welcoming, and let me know if all the choices her establishment offers, and I did get a little curious when a couple of customers were raving about how great the place was. I kept asking myself, is this real? Well, let me tell you. I WAS SHOCKED at the sandwich I ordered, THE WANDA. It was like four sandwiches in one. Take a look at the photo. That was the sandwich I received. You could cut into 4 pieces and feed four people it was so big. The Wanda Sandwich was EXCELLENT. Not only the finest ingredients, but take a look at the presentation, AND IT'S A SANDWICH SHOP. OMG!! It was great. The 2nd Healthy Eatery is not that far from where I live, and whenever I need a sandwich that will be able to be cut into four meals, Wanda's Place is my new GO TO!!! When you go, please let Wanda know how much I appreciated her wonderful personality, AND THE FOOD!!!!!!!
I don't write reviews often, so know that what I am saying is facts! Wanda's place has by far the best sandwiches i have ever had. Everything is fresh, made to order, and the portions are enough for 2 to 3 people. The service is awesome too. Not many places i go has the owner come out to greet you and introduce themselves. She had us sample her chicken salad and when i tell you this chicken salad is so good, we had to order some as a side to go. If you dont want to take my word for it, go down and let the food speak for itself. They also have 2 menus, one for this vegans and those for those meat lovers. Also, guess what folks, SHE CATERS!!! This is my new spot. Thanks, Wanda, for your service and the amazing food you offer.
